All apps to be sent to nightschanging@yahoo.com . In the header of the email, please type what you wished to be the registered name.
As of Feb 10, 2009 I will not be taking any exceptions, and will be going enforcing the restrictions list. This means:
a) Char history must be included on app
b) 45 freebies, nothing over
c) Anything else on the restriction list, such as rank, gen, etc.

When applying for characters, please include the following:
WtA- Ranks 1&2 (we need lower ranks as well people!)
VtM - 10-14
IC or OOC
Char name
Player name
Freeform or White Wolf
Age
Species
GEN or RANK
Powers/Abilities
Background Histroy
Description
Weapons
**If White Wolf please follow standard creation policy**
